How You Likin' the... Blazing Hot Sun, Oregon?

Hmm... not as pithy as "How you likin' the rain, Arizona?" I'll have to work on that.

HELLO!! I'm back - I think. I just noticed my last post was about how I was going to start blogging again... over 2 years ago. But, hey, I got pregnant a couple months after that and life has been a bit crazy ever since.

So, the big news is that I moved to Arizona. D got a new job, which should allow me to stay home with Z, so it was a relatively simple decision to make. The move itself was STRESS. But I think most of that has subsided now, and we're starting to settle into a sort of routine. I'm considering taking Z out to IKEA right now to get the doors to a bookcase we bought last week (the doors were out of stock when we went)... but there's no guarantee they'll be in stock this time, and so I find myself writing you lovely people instead of loading up the toddler into the van again today. I should probably just go. *sigh*

In other news, it took me 9 full days in Arizona to get a sunburn. That's pretty good. And it's only a little on the back of the base of my neck where I can't reach well, and a portion of the back of my shoulder blade that I apparently missed with my sunscreen. Alright, more later. I know this isn't the most thrilling post you've ever read. Just a dip of my toe back into the old blogging water!
