Choo CHOO!!!

*runs in, breathless, with two suitcases and a camera swinging from her neck*

Oh, hai, everyone! Sorry I'm late, I just --

Well, crap.

I missed the train. Fucknoodles.

I know I've seemed out of touch this week, but it's not true, I've been reading ALL of your Rob posts, I just haven't had much to say so I haven't been commenting. *shrug* You all know where I stand on the subject: he's a cutie patootie, for sure. I will tell you one thing - not commenting sure lessens the amount of time it takes for me to read all the g.d. blogs I follow! Damn!

Anyway, I have some posts lined up for next week and beyond, after the maelstrom has passed. I haven't been hit by the train, just wasn't on it. Hope you all had a great time, though - those were some entertaining posts, for sure!! MWAH!
Here's Rob on a train!

Tatt-tuesday

I've heard of people wearing their hearts on their sleeves, but Twilight?
I found this online while looking for pictures of something else for another post. Apparently this is an actual tattoo that someone has. I found more here.

Now, I'm all for tattoos. I don't have one, but that's only because I'm too indecisive to choose something I'd want on my body forever. But I like looking at them on other people, and I was a big CW&IA fan (I might even go back and reread that if I can ever get through my long list of other reading, both fanfic and published work), and I appreciate the idea of expressing yourself through ink on your body. I find tribal tattoos really hot (most of the time).

However, that doesn't look like RPattz. And it has to be supposed to look like him because that image only occurs in the movie - in the book, Edward does not, at any point, offer Bella an apple. So it looks like this person recast Joel Madden as Edward or something.
He's got the same hair...

Anyway, I'm not sure how I feel about it, but I wanted to share my findings. Thoughts?

I'm Coming Out!

No, not in that way. I'm a happily married woman.
K: "What the fuck is she talking about?" R: "I have no idea..."

I've decided to officially come out as Team Robsten. That's right, do I get a badge for this? I am a fan of thinking these two are involved, and I want them to get married and have babies and live awkwardly ever after.
"Well, will you listen to that? She likes us!"

Here's the first reason why: they both seem super awkward and not at all prepared to deal with the level of fame to which they skyrocketed with Twilight, and I love the idea that they can take solace in each other. TH and I often feel like it's us against the world (often enough, anyway), and it's lovely to feel like someone is in it with you.
"Don't be sad, KStew..."

Here's the second reason: I met TH and my two prior serious boyfriends through acting. Many of you know I majored in theatre and acted professionally for several years, and all of my serious romantic relationships began in the theatre - I met my high school boyfriend in drama class, and I met my college boyfriend and TH when we were cast in plays with each other (college bf in a college project, and TH in a professional show). Additionally, I had many torrid romances with costars. It was extremely sexy to take the chemistry we had on stage and translate it into mad passion in the bedroom - just ask my roommates at the time, who usually had to listen to the headboard banging (I eventually moved my bed so they could sleep). So, to me, the idea that Rob and Kristin would want to take the chemistry they have onscreen and explore it in real life is completely natural and understandable. I'm a fan. I hope they do it like rabbits.
"Once we get out of here, the things I'm gonna do to you, KStew..."

Here's the third, and possibly most shocking (to you guys, anyway) reason. Are you ready? I don't have that big of a crush on Rob.
"Humminawhaaaa?"

Let me explain. Is he hot? Definitely. Would I kick him out of bed if TH wasn't in the picture (or the bed)? Hell to the no. I'd totally do him, just as I'd do Kellan or Jackson, given the chance and if I was single. I'd even do Peter and Cam. I like looking at all of them, as I like looking at images of gorgeous men in general. But I only really fantasize about The Precious when I read fanfic, and I only read the fics where he's Edward (i.e. not the ones about him in RL). I've had celebrity crushes, for sure, and I don't have one on him to the extent I have had on others (for example, I was livid when Brad Pitt married Jennifer Aniston, because he was mine). So I say, let Kristin have him. I got a man.

This is what I imagine your faces all look like now.

Hello? Is anyone still reading this?
R: "I don't know what to say to you." K: "It's okay, Rob. I still love you, even if she doesn't."

I'm hoping you'll all look at this as "OK, more for the rest of us!" like my husband does when I remind him I don't like cheesecake.
"And NOW she says she doesn't like cheesecake?? What the fuck is wrong with this bitch???!!"

My obsession is more with the books and the story and the characters (which is maybe less healthy), and I'm interested in the actors because they're involved with it. And they're all beautiful, which is nice. And I like using pictures of them to illustrate things in my blog, because they're our given visual representation of Twilight. And hot guys are fun. And Rob's definitely hot. And he plays Edward (even in my head now).

I hope you all don't disown me or anything.

OK, so I'm going to leave it at that - I don't want to overwhelm you all and you probably need some time for this to sink in...
Kristin just read this post and can't believe it...

Here's hoping I'm still accepted in Twitardia.
