OK, not really (*sob*), but I am moving this weekend, and we're crazy busy packing! Now, normally, I actually do the Thirsty Thursday posts the weekend before (in case one of them gets me surprisingly trashed), and then schedule them for Thursdays (gasp! My secret's out!). However, not only have we been busy with preparing for the move, and not only did my husband come down with walking pneumonia two weeks ago, but last weekend I was sidelined with bronchitis.
This is me. Aren't my coworkers lucky?I'm on antibiotics and a cough suppressant (which seems to work for shit), and, as a result, I can drink no alcohol. I know! You're as shocked and saddened as I was to hear this! So I didn't feel like drinking when I was getting sick, and now I can't drink until I finish my meds, and I don't have anything previously prepared. It's a cruel world.
I do have good news, though. Next week, the 'lets (who have taken pity on me in my weakened state) and I are going to show you how to save $5 every time you pass a Starbucks (if you're as weak as I am and give in to those cravings more than you should). Until then! MWAH!

I think moving is an excellent excuse for not having a Thirsty Thursday post. However, being sick is not but mostly just because I wish you weren't sick. Good luck with the move and get well soon. HUGS!!
I really hope that you and your hubby are all better very very soon. So sad that you are sick. Poo. The move should be exciting though but the actual moving probably really sucks while being sick. Make the 'lets do all the work.

I'm really wondering about the Starbucks thing, but I'm kind of afraid that you are going to tell us something really, really bad about Starbucks, like a dirty little secret of theirs, that will make me never want to go there for my chai tea again and I'm not sure if I can handle that!! gah!!!
